Why the dumping design of the medium frequency melting furnace?
The inductor of the medium frequency
diathermy furnace is designed according to the length of the heated workpiece
and the diameter of the workpiece, so the inductor has lengths and shorts. But
in general, the medium frequency diathermy inductor is generally relatively
long (referring to the axial direction of the heated workpiece), and its
purpose is to ensure that the heating temperature and the temperature
difference between the core and the surface meet the requirements under the
condition of the heating workpiece tempo unchanged.
There are basically two types of lining assembly for medium
frequency heating inductors, one is knotted lining, and the other is assembled
lining. Whether it is knotted lining or fabricated lining, long-term work under
high temperature will change (mainly thermal expansion and contraction and
oxidation). If used improperly, the heating material will collide and squeeze
the furnace lining phenomenon, so the use of the furnace lining has a certain
period of time.
Once the medium frequency induction heating furnace lining cracks,
if it is a knotted lining, it must be filled with knotting material in time if
the crack does not exceed 2mm. If the crack exceeds 2mm, the lining must be
knotted again; if it is a fabricated lining, it must be replaced. Therefore,
the user must take necessary measures based on the actual situation, and do not
act hastily or even burn out the medium frequency heating sensor.
In daily life, precious metal materials
are widely used. With the increase in consumer demand, people's demand for
gold, platinum, silver and other precious metal materials to make jewelry and
watch products is also increasing. In the precious metal material manufacturing
industry, to produce high-quality precious metal products, the smelting furnace
is one of its important determinants.
Precious metal material smelting is to
use an medium frequency melting furnace to smelt the precious metal material
alloy in the presence of oxygen, and then melt it into a liquid for casting.
Generally, the molten liquid is transferred to the mold manually. The existing
medium frequency melting furnace is placed separately from the mold, and the
manual transfer operation is inconvenient. In addition, the mold is placed on
the platform, and it is necessary to manually suspend the crucible containing
the molten liquid to transfer the liquid to the mold, which is inconvenient and
dangerous to operate.
The medium frequency smelting furnace for smelting precious metal
materials has been improved, and a dump-type medium frequency smelting furnace
is designed to solve the above problems caused by smelting. The shell of the
tilting medium frequency smelting furnace is provided with an accommodating
groove for accommodating the platform, and the shell of the smelting furnace is
provided with a push rod for driving the platform to turn back and forth, and a
support for support is provided under the platform. The support includes a
first extending vertically. A supporting arm and a second supporting arm
extending in the left-right direction.
The first support arm is fixed on the
left end of the second support arm, and the upper end of the first support arm
is slidingly fitted with the bottom of the platform. The main body of the
smelting furnace is provided with a telescopic groove for extending and
retracting the second support arm in the left-right direction. After the
smelting is completed, only need to push the push rod, you can easily pour the
metal into the graphite tank to form. This design makes the smelting operation
easier and more convenient for pouring.
The dumping design of the medium frequency smelting furnace solves the safety problem of precious metal jewelry production and is an important measure that fits the actual situation and meets the production needs.
