coil is generally 3-4 times the length of the workpiece; if it is quenched, the
height of the induction coil should be 15% shorter than the workpiece by
one-time integral heating (the workpiece does not move) At the mercy; there is
no strict requirement for the height of the induction coil of successive
heating furnaces, generally about 20mm. To prevent cracking caused by
the sharp corner effect of the end face, there should be a certain gap.
5. The cooling water of the induction coil
of the medium frequency heating furnace is generally designed and determined according
to 45% of the healing power. The parameter refers to the heat conversion of
1kw·h=860kcal to calculate the cooling water demand; the induction coil of the
heating furnace is quenched, and the diameter of the workpiece should be
ensured. , The shape of the quenching area and the passage of the cooling
water, and the general water sprayer and the induction coil cooling groove
should ensure that there is a sufficient amount of cooling water.
